Visiting the Dentist for the first time in a while.

I was way over due for a check up and feeling nervous about getting back into a cleaning routine. However at Apple Dental I was treated very well. Kathy is the hygienist I was assigned to and she was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I am feeling very confident that I will receive excellent care from both the Dr. And his staff.

Teresa was Awesome, as usual!! :)

I don't always look forward to sitting in a chair in the dentist's office for an hour, but Teresa makes it alot easier to deal with. Thank You, Teresa! I appreciate Dr. Frandson's sense of humor, as well... 4 crowns? Ha! :) Never say never, though... Nice to see you Chrissy.... Everyone in your new office seems really nice.

Friendly & professional

My experience today at the Franson Family Dentistry office was excellent. All staff (three plus Dr Franson)were friendly, positive and professional. I believe this office provides excellent dental care and does it with a smile. I actually look forward to coming to an appointment, and that is really saying something good about going to a dental office! :-) Diana Justice

Thank You for a Great Job

I had occasion to have a crown replaced on one side, and a filling on another tooth today. It was a very pleasant suprise. The crown went in easily and looks much better than my old one, from long ago. The filling was small and Dr. Franson asked if I wanted to skip having the tooth numbed. He assured me that the decay was not deep and should be pain free. I'm always up for skipping the numbing, if possible, so I said yes. Dr. Franson and Rachel assured me that if I felt anything, they would stop and numb it. It went great, no pain, and I really appreciated the choice. I continue to be impressed with Dr. Franson and the staff. They are friendly, professional,and really care. Thank you!

The dentist and staff are always willing to help and give advice without pressure. They take an interest in their patients and family.

Friends at work

When we go for an appointment it is like visitng with good friends. It's such a personal atmosphere. We enjoy the professionalism but love the friends that work at the office.

Flouride

I hadn't had a flouride treatment since 07 as my insurance does not cover this; perhaps because there's flouride in our drinking water? Since it had been quite some time since having this done, the product taste has definitely changed. The residue left on my teeth post treatment, was white & waxy & actually made me feel quite nauseated. Are there choices for the flouride product that you use, or is it just that one? Thanks

I like the laid back, but professional atmosphere and the fact that fees and payment plans are shared up front so there are no gray areas or unpleasant surprises. Thanks for being a great dental office!

Wonderful Experience

Teresa does an awesome job of cleaning my teeth. She is very kind and gentle. She is always happy even early in the morning.

filling came out

Hello, it's Sunday morning 9/11. I was brushing and flossing my teeth this morning. The floss caught on the work that was done my last visit and when I pulled it lose, the filling came out with it. Just wandering what I should do about it. I'll give you a call Monday.

I had not been to the dentist in at least five years and was in need of a deep cleaning and major dental work. The staff at Franson Family Dentistry are amazing to work with. They took the fear out of going to the dentist and went way out of their way to coordinate benefits. I have shared my experience with family and friends and am proud to say I now have a dentist.

a cleaning, REALLY

I struggle with the fact that I did everything that the Doc asked of me to get to a plan on my situation, and then just forgotten, no explanation, no I'm sorry you got lost in the dailey shuffle of life, no nothing! When Luci had her last appt. she was told you apologized to me, but that is simply not true, the last I heard anything from your office was when I dropped off those expensive x-rays that were going to give them a game plan and that was way back in October , November, and I would be contacted"NEXT WEEK"! I'm still waiting
